Officially founded on July 4, 2003, Spring of Gihon Ministries has been called and seeks to serve, encourage and help prepare the body of believers and as outreach primarily through: Music (recorded and live ministry), product development (card line & child-centered products in development), speaking/teaching engagements and disbursement of a percentage of all products sold to select established ministries.

REPENTANCE brings -> RETURN brings -> RESTORATION brings -> REVIVAL
Draw near to God (confess, repent, be restored to right relationship) and enjoy with thanksgiving, the peace that passes understanding it brings. Then….hear and obey with a joyful, trusting heart. He is the GOOD Shepherd and well knows how to lead needy sheep like us.
This is a multi-faceted ministry as we have simply wanted the Lord to lead in each season. Seasons of the ministry--and ongoing vision-- have involved various focuses or a combination of them including: Live and recorded music ministry; speaking (testimonials and teaching); community post-trauma ministry; retreats; product development and dispersion; and any other area the Lord desires to equip us for.
Speaking and teaching topics can touch upon (or overlap) some of the following: personal testimonies weaved with scriptural application...presentation of the gospel "good news"; apologetics--especially as connected with the necessity of "The Cross" and the establishment of the "Renewed yet "New" Covenant...worldviews shaping culture....God's Appointed Times--Biblical Feasts...End-Time Awareness & Preparedness...Jews and Gentiles: One New Man....True Discipleship....Bridal Identity...God's designs in nature...Significance of the First Five Years of Life--and why it is important we be aware of that critical time period--; God's heart for children, orphans and widows.
Trusting in the Lord's navigation and opportunities for live ministry in this hour, should He will: An evening, weekend or longer period of ministry could include one or more of the following...
Music ministry--if desired--may be as a starting point (invitation point) or exclusively that (minus speaking or other servitude). Music ministry will typically be structured so as to encourage participation by all present--some known songs and/or easily learned with newer offerings as led. Praise & worship will likely be interwoven with scripture and prayer--either solo (acoustic) or with accompanying musicians.
Servitude can also include: outreach & evangelism, testimonies, teachings, and longer times of support, encouragement & instruction if requested. That is, extended times of ministry can be arranged as well as single "event" times of ministry. We particularly believe it is important to work, as able, with local pastors & leadership in partnership with what they assess to be current needs of the flocks they have been entrusted with.
For live music ministry, you may expect a non-concert style.
Music will typically include original and otherwise inspired praise, worship and intimate encounter music--"One New Man" in style: a possible mix of Messianic, some contemporary, as well as traditional and soaking offerings as led. That is, while all recorded songs (but a select few) currently available on most music platforms are original, live ministry typically incorporates both original and non-original music.
We believe that "live time" ministry differs from recorded offerings. That is to say, while there is overlap, each is unique in its' purpose.
Our goal is to be in step with the heart and plans of God in our coming and our going. Thus, no two live ministry events will be identical. We trust that as we pray for the Lord's heart concerning any particular gathering, He will answer those prayers and lead us as we go, according to His Word. "For where two or three have gathered together in My Name, I am there in their midst." (Matthew 18:20) He will be faithful to "feed His sheep"--He alone knowing what each one needs in the moment and season currently in.
We would be most blessed to serve with the goal of leaving a blessing behind.
